Cuban Red Cross justifying the act as the attacker who was provoked

The practice of Cuba regarding human rights is absolutely contrary to the universal patterns. Still in force legislation which restricts the basic rights listed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, freedom of expression, association and movement, the right to privacy and the protection of the law. There is no legal institutions outside the Government or the Communist Party in Cuba nor is there any organizations except the underground, to monitor the human rights violations. There are hundreds of political prisoners to emigrate or to organize protests in prisons.
Too many activists recently arrested have been kept prisoners for months without trial, and others, already in prisons, have been convicted with new penalties to long sentences.

Once more we can appreciate the despotism, terror, cruelty, corruption and deceit that characterize the Cuban Government which refuses to identify the minion disguised as a rescuer of the Red Cross that hit the Cuban Patriot Andres Carrion Alvarez, who protested in Santiago of Cuba during the Pope's mass. Thanks to the internal dissidence that identified him as Juan Alberto Rojas Sangredo, has 43 years, is first lieutenant of the terrorist brigades of quick response, served as the bodyguard of the serial murderer commander Ramirito Valdés, and has received the order Che Guevara by his mastery in torturing political prisoners in Villa Marista.

Is suspend not sufficient? Under the international law of the Geneva Convention specifies that any active member of a military body or law enforcement is forbidden to join such institution, it is not enough excuse and credibility of the Cuban Red Cross,  letter sent by them to the international organization: (TWITTER)
