Cuba dictatorship of the Castros brothers says US has no 'foundation' to accuse him of violating human rights

The regime accused the United States Wednesday in Geneva of violating human rights, reports the Prensa Latina news agency.
During the discussions of the 32 regular session of the Human Rights Council, the Castro delegate Pablo Berti, said Washington "criticism without foundation" to the island before this body.
"We are obliged to remind you of the need to focus on human rights issues in their own country, which are not few , " Berti said.
The government spokesman added that "the American people deserve that his government is dedicated to respond and resolve the violations are committed every day against".
Berti stressed that Washington "has no moral authority to criticize others because it is in that territory where occur frequently alarming facts of racial discrimination or police brutality."
He stressed that is America, not the island, "the country in which firearms can be purchased freely and be used indiscriminately and unfortunate way, without being able to put limits on this part of the structures of government."
