Rights that can be validated

Resultado de imagen de La Comisión de Derechos HumanosThe Human Rights Commission (HRC) of the United Nations (UN) recently in a resolution devoted free access to the Internet as an inalienable right for humankind.
Castro 's totalitarian military regime, along with other governments in similar cut, voted against the resolution.
Of course that vote against not surprise anyone, or perhaps a few determined not to see the obvious: that is, it is a regime willing to maintain deprived of rights and freedoms Cubans who are under their control totalitarian on the island and every Cuban who can exert pressure on all kinds, wherever they are.
What happens is that close, at least geographically, could ensure full access to the Internet the Cuban people, without the Castro regime given its backwardness get stop and technological inability to do so: a presidential order of Mr. Barack H. Obama affirm and establish solid and unmoving form free Internet access to the people of the island.
For the immediate implementation of the resolution issued by the Commission on Human Rights of the UN, and there iseverything you need. This can be asserted in all parts of Cuba and all Cubans in this way, you can have free access to the network of networks.
Against which presumably will argue the Castro regime in terms of 'national sovereignty', the so - called "national sovereignty" resides in the people and not in any group empowered de facto.
The oldest and cruel dictatorship of the continent has not held free and pluralistic elections in fifty-seven years of absolute totalitarian control. Then, in Cuba no sovereignty resides in the people and if they do not reside in the village, there is no practical effect or otherwise.
If there is a political will in this regard, the continental US television would be available to every television in Cuba. If so, the official television audience and lose its freedom of information would be an inexorable fact, with the Castro regime would have to live in the absence of an alternative.
There are rights that can be validated by being countersigned from linked to the United Nations (UN) international agencies.Hopefully international solidarity and democratic values are imposed for these and other rights can be validated.
